Archbishop Kurtz joins Archbishop Dolan in heading Bishop's Conference

In a surprise vote today, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops elected New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan as president, and Archbishop of Louisville and former Bishop of Knoxville Joseph Kurtz as Vice President of the pastoral body.
